Heart Shift is the path to creating the life of your dreams. Have you ever felt like you're always putting yourself last, neglecting self-care, or constantly finding yourself in the midst of relationships that leave you drained and disappointed? If these challenges resonate with you, then Heart Shift is the beacon of hope you've been searching for.
You will read stories of hope about others who have been there and moved beyond the pain. Through the power of hypnotherapy, Heart Shift will guide you to the root of your pain, enabling you to begin the healing process with effective practices such as visualization, meditation, and the liberating power of forgiveness.

About Joan Coletto
Joan Coletto is an author, heart-centered hypnotherapist, and spiritual practitioner who believes that lasting change begins when we shift the beliefs held deep within the subconscious mind. She is the creator of the Heart Shift method, a unique fusion of hypnotherapy and spiritual practice designed to help people release limiting beliefs and move beyond emotional pain.
For many years, Joan felt a quiet calling to write this book. Through her work with clients, she saw how often people feel alone in their struggles, caught in patterns they cannot seem to break. Heart Shift was written to share her story, the lessons she has learned, and the powerful transformations she has witnessed in the lives of those she has worked with.
Her hope is that readers will see themselves in these stories and discover that they are not alone, and that change is possible.
Joan lives in the Chicago area with her husband, and treasures time spent with her family.
